Thank you for your interest in joining Cowtown HRC. Club
meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of every month at Cabela's in Fort Worth,
TX (12901 Cabela Drive, Fort Worth, TX) in their Buffalo Room meeting
area (upstairs next to the restaurant).
We offer our members and their hunting retrievers activities
throughout the year including: training opportunities which include professional
and amateur assistance; special seminars and guests; and, a camaraderie enjoyed by a group
great people who share a positive common
interest: promotion and betterment of our hunting retrievers as conservation
tools in waterfowl and upland hunting. As a club, we offer licensed/sanctioned
HRC hunts - waterfowl and upland styled, "fun" events and activities
including participating in local and regional demonstrations with our
retrievers. Cowtown HRC affords you and your dog the opportunity to participate
in true-to-hunt, realistic training scenarios all year around - and be prepared for when the hunting seasons find us.Membership
is $25.00 per calendar year (which begins in October of each year). Our club requires
that all Cowtown members also be members of
the HRC, Inc. on a national level. You can find HRC, Inc. membership
information at the HRC web site or we will be happy to provide you with
information via US mail.
